Frequently asked questions
What counts toward my plan?+
Assets and computers together: every asset you add (by hand, by import or from a model) plus every computer whose agent has reported in. Licenses, consumables, accessories and people are free and unlimited.
Do I need a card for the free trial?+
No. Starter is free for 30 days with no card. A few days before the trial ends we’ll remind you, and you can add a card in Billing; the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
What happens if the trial ends and I haven’t paid?+
Your workspace becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, but not change anything until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
How does payment work?+
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars by card, through Stripe’s secure checkout. Your card details never touch our servers. Receipts and invoices are always available in Billing.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, move up whenever you need more room. The upgrade is instant and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month.
What if a payment fails?+
Nothing stops straight away. We retry every day for a week and remind you to update your card. Your data is always kept safe.
What if I reach my limit?+
Everything keeps working, but new assets and computers can’t be added until you upgrade or remove some.
Do you have plans for more than 2,500 assets?+
Yes. Choose Enterprise and ask for a quote, and we’ll set up a limit and price that fit your organisation.
Is my data private?+
Every company has its own private workspace, and only the people you invite can see it. You can export everything at any time.
